agreement, which plaintiffs F. E. Ellwein, Rolland Sherman, and H. F. Hamilton entered into with defendants, T. A. Holmes
and Brainerd Coca-Cola Bottling Company, and assigned to plaintiff Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Brainerd. Defendant Brainerd
Coca-Cola Bottling Company counterclaimed for the balance due on the agreement. The case was tried before Arnold C. Forbes,
Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiffs for $1,357 despite the stipulation of the parties that $12,143
